Abstract

The process of improving the performance of economic institutions subjects important due to the changes imposed by the external environment, where we find balanced scorecard of mastery of modern management tools that help in the process optimization which requires attention, with the aim of this subject and to know how bsc contribute to improving financial performance in economic institutions, and in particular hamada dairy in souk ahras because bsc follows one of the modern management tools, and we adopted in our study of this subject on the spss statistical program, in addition to the institution, and it was shortcut to study all the axes of bsc, and in the last one we arrived at a certain number of results that the most important institution depends on the dimensions of the bsc for improve its financial performance.
