The environmental management system integrated with the comprehensive administrative system has become one of the most important requirements for successful administrative work and a practical image for the institution's adoption of the concepts of social responsibility. The embodiment of social responsibility to achieve the requirements of sustainable development is mainly linked to the environmental commitment as it is part of the social commitment and is not complete without it. Environmental has within its capabilities and scope of responsibilities. ................................... ان نظام الادارة البيئية متكامل مع المنظومة الادارية الشاملة أصبح من أهم مقتضيات العمل الاداري الناجح وصورة عملية لتبني المؤسسة لمفاهيم المسؤولية الاجتماعية. فتجسيد المسؤولية الاجتماعية لتحقيق متطلبات التنمية المستدامة مرتبط أساسا بالالتزام البيئي كونه جزء من الالتزام الاجتماعي ولا يكتمل إلا به، وهو ضرورة على مستوى الاقتصاد الدولي كما هو ضرورة على مستوى منشأة الأعمال، فحث المنظمات على تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية يقودها الى تحقيق التزامها تجاه البيئة ودعم نظم الادارة البيئية لديها في حدود إمكاناتها ونطاق مسؤولياتها. .................................... L’adoption des concepts vis-à-vis de la responsabilité sociale ,dans ce cadre le système management environnemental doit remplir certain rôle, afin de résoudre les problèmes se référant au milieu en environnemental au sien des sociétés.l’engagement environnemantal fait partie de l’engagement sociale,ils son indixaciable pour soutien de gestion,les organisations doivent adapter la responsabilité sociale dans le but maintenir leurs engagements
