Abstract

The study aimed to reveal the role of work ethics on improving the job behavior of the employees of the Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution in the state of Souk Ahras to assess the level of work ethics and the level of job behavior in the directorate. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire that included 26 phrases was used to collect the primary data, by distributing copies of the questionnaire to a sample of 35 employees, and 29 questionnaires were retrieved, using a set of statistical methods provided by the statistical package for Social Sciences Spss. The study concluded that there is a high level of work ethics in the Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution, and a medium degree of job behavior among its employees, with a statistically significant effect at the significance level of 5% of the role of work ethics in improving the job behavior of employees in the Directorate. .......................................................... هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور أخلاقيات العمل على تحسين السلوك الوظيفي لدى موظوي مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بولاية سوق أهراس لتقييم مستوى أخلاقيات العمل ومستوى السلوك الوظيي في المديرية. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام استبانة شملت 26 عبارة لجمع البيانات الأولية، من خلال توزيع نسخ من الاستبانة على عينة مكونة من 35 موظف، وتم استرجاع 29 استبانة، وذلك باستخدام مجموع من الأساليب الإحصائية التى توفرها الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم .Spss الاجتماعية توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع من أخلاقيات العمل في مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز، ودرجة متوسطة من السلوك الوظيفي لدى الموظفين بها مع وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة 05% من دور أخلاقيات العمل في تحسين السلوك الوظيفي للعاملين بالمديرية.
