أهمية إستخدام اساليب المحاسبة الرشيقة في تحسين الآداء المحاسبي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية

Abstract

The study was known to identify the importance of using lean accounting methods in improving the accounting performance in the economic institution. The results of the study showed that the use of lean accounting tools is important in reducing costs and reducing waste and waste of time and resources, and thus improving the accounting performance of the two institutions under study by the necessity of applying lean accounting tools because they give a clear picture of the accounting performance and provide the information necessary for decision-making and Preparing reports easily and clearly and assisting them in the evaluation process and achieving their strategic goal. ........................................................ وعرفت الدراسة بالتعرف على أهمية استخدام الأساليب المحاسبية الرشيقة في تحسين الأداء المحاسبي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن استخدام الأدوات المحاسبية الرشيقة مهم في خفض التكاليف وتقليل الهدر وهدر الوقت والموارد، وبالتالي تحسين الأداء المحاسبي للمؤسستين محل الدراسة من خلال ضرورة تطبيق الأدوات المحاسبية الرشيقة لأنها إعطاء صورة واضحة عن الأداء المحاسبي وتوفير المعلومات اللازمة لاتخاذ القرارات وإعداد التقارير بسهولة ووضوح ومساعدتهم في عملية التقييم وتحقيق هدفهم الاستراتيجي.
