Abstract
This study aims to clarify the theoretical background related to the administrative processes
re-engineering, marketing performance quality concepts and determining the nature of the
relationship between them, applying on Algeria Telecom Corporation status - Souk Ahras branch,
this is in light of the fact that re-engineering is considered an input to improve the marketing
performance quality in the economic institutions in general and the study institution in particular. In
order to achieve the research objectives, a descriptive analytical approach was adopted based on
information collection on the theoretical side and using questionnaire as a data collection tool in the
field, on a sample of 50 employees in the institution. Using the Statistical Package for the Social
Sciences (SPSS) program, the collected data were processed and a number of conclusions were
reached, where the most important of them was the existence of a strong positive relation between
the study variables, As well as the presence of re-engineering impact on marketing performance in
the organization, which requires the attention of the Algerian Telecom Corporation and its efforts to
establish administrative processes re-engineering requirements and principles in order to improve
marketing performance quality.
