Abstract

حاولنا من خلال هذه الورقة إبراز الدور الكبير الذي تلعبه تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في إرساء وتفعيل الحكومة الالكترونية بالجزائر، كما تطرقنا إلى أهم الجهود التي بذلتها الحكومة الجزائرية في كل المجالات من اجل إرساء الحكومة الالكترونية، وأبرزنا أهم المعوقات التي صادفتها في سبيل تحقيق ذلك. We tried through this paper to highlight the significant role played by the information and communication technology in the establishment and activation of e-government in Algeria. First, we dealt with the most important efforts made by the Algerian government in all fields in order to establish the e-government, and we highlight the main obstacles encountered in order to achieve this goal. Finally, we have proposed a set of recommendations that will help to achieve and activate the e-government in Algeria
