In this study, we discussed the positive impact of strategic vigilance in the prevention and forecasting of crises in the telecommunications services institution, the study also provided a theoretical briefing on the practice of strategic alertness and crisis management, the field side was used as a main tool for collecting data from the personnel working in the agency, depending on the following problem : What is the impact of the exercise of strategic vigilance in the prediction and prevention of crises in the Mobilis Foundation ? At the end of the research, we have established the relationship between strategic vigilance and crisis management.

This study focuses on the presentation of the principles of corporate governance on the ethics of work in the economic institution based on secondary data from memories, books, magazines and previous studies on corporate governance, work ethics and preliminary data using observations to complete the study concluded that it there is a correlation between corporate governance principles and the application of ethics Business . The main suggestions of this study are that the application of ethical values and governance principles play an important role in achieving an environment of healthy work. the study focuses on the impact of corporate governance principles on the ethics of work to the Sonalgaz foundation and the extent to which these principles contribute to its consolidation.

The aim of this study aims to know the central bank through its policy, its revenues and its public expenditure, the policy of reduction of the national currency on the one hand and on the other hand the unconventional financing through its definition, its functions, its objectives, the difference between reduction and devaluation of national currency, In my study, I analyzed various variables macroeconomic, examined the effect of non-financing conventional on Algeria and how non-financing conventional can bring Algeria out of this crisis without resorting to external debt.

The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of unemployment rates on economic growth in Algeria using the time series analysis methods of the study variables. To achieve the objectives of the study, many tests were used. The test of the time series was applied using the Dicky-Fuller test, Between the variables of the study. The error correction model was also applied through the use of the method of simultaneous integration between the variables, taking into account the periods of time delay. The results of the study showed a causal relationship that results from economic growth to unemployment rate Indicates that an increase in economic growth would have an impact on the unemployment rate.

The beginning of the 3rd millennium coincided with the financial prosperity experienced by Algeria thanks to improving its oil revenues thanks to the improvement in oil prices on the scale international, which leads it to move towards public spending by applying a policy Keynesian expansionist within the framework of three programs which lasted between 2001 and 2014 which are: PCRE Economic Recovery Support Program (2001-2004), Program complementary growth support – PCSC (2005-2009) and Consolidation Program PCCE economic growth (2010-2014) this study aims to shed light on the repercussions of public spending on businesses public industrial projects in Algeria by following the path of spending policy in Algeria and the extent of this contribution to improving economic growth rates and more precisely industrial productivity rates And this study concluded that there is a minimal and weak impact of public spending on production industrial in Algeria due to the weakening of the flexibility of the local production machine and its inability has absorbed the demand generated by the increase in public spending, except that the growth is limited to the hydrocarbon sectors in 1st degree and also the construction sector and infrastructure and services sector, but this growth remains linked to what is happening in the hydrocarbon sector because it is impacted by each oil crisis.

This study aims to highlight the role of transformational leadership of four dimensions: the influence and ideal guidance of the intellectual individual and notional and a source of motivation through the influence on the development of team spirit, and to achieve this objective, the field study was conducted in the national unit of the Ahras fat market, and relied on the form provided for in this effect, where it was distributed to a study sample, which included a sample of workers and 30 workers, and relied on the spss program in data analysis and offloading, testing hypotheses and access to results. Sales forecasting strategy is the process by which the organization takes consideration to address the future and development in business areas, and also to maintain its position in the business environment, particularly if it uses quantitative methods and applies the appropriate model in the process forecast. In our memory we will use the search method called BOX JENKINS and the exponential smoothing method in seasonal sales forecasting of the National Foundation for the Unity of SOUK-AHRAS and competent in various types paint production, using the SPSS 24 program, and also the program Eviews 8, then attempt to extract and analyze the results of both methods as those used and the results showed the convergence between the real values of sales and values which were predictable, and they are all located without exception in the domain of the forecast in the two methods that those used, to then be extracted the accuracy of these models and the possibility of reliable sales forecasting for periods and as a tool for us Business Sales Forecasting Strategy.

Algeria, like other Mediterranean countries, tried to open its economy by establishing a partnership with the European Union. This partnership will present Algerian companies in general and the small and medium-sized enterprise sector in particular faces strong competition from foreign companies particularly those in Europe and so that they can face this global competition which continues to increase, Algerian companies must therefore improve their managerial systems, promote and upgrade their human resources and optimize their economic environment. To do this a Rehabilitation and upgrading are necessary to improve their competitiveness on an international scale. In this context, the foreign partnership constitutes an important opportunity for the promotion and implementation level of Algerian SMEs given the numerous privileges that it provides more particularly in the sector of transfer of skills and experiences it also represents an appropriate solution to several problems in that it allows access to new technology and sources of financing and it is also a important factor in penetrating international markets. To answer the problem of our research, we rely on descriptive approaches and analytical. The study was to be limited during the period 2005-2015 to highlight the impact of Euro-Mediterranean partnership in the rehabilitation of the small and medium-sized enterprise sector in Algeria which highlighted the programs adopted by Algeria within the framework of the partnership such as support provided within the framework of these programs and the most significant reflections of the partnership for increase the competitiveness of companies involved in these programs to take part in the market national and international.

The aim of this study is to assess the role of Facilitation quantitative, in the use of monetary policy against crises financial and manage them especially in the case of current situation of the Algerian economy, thus assessing the role of monetary policy solve only economic problems by means modern systems during the crisis period and then analyze the effectiveness of non-traditional tools in this especially with Algeria's orientation towards this policy in order to improve the economy, and as an alternative leverage external after the oil crisis since 2014.the study concluded that despite the conversion of Algeria has the legal cover to turn towards the use of quantitative Facilitation, to suffer article 45 repeated in the changes to the treasury and loan law but did not provide the appropriate economic conditions to make their positive impact limited in the short term while its negative effects extend to the economy national which is a strong increase in the event of inflation and low purchasing power of currencies and high unemployment rate.

Today innovation plays an important role in the survival of businesses economic. This study aims to identify the reality of innovation and analyze its impact on the performance of human resources in three telecommunications companies, namely: mobilis, djezzy and ooredoo. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach, using the questionnaire as a means of collecting data. 39 questionnaires out of 42 were analyzed, i.e. 92.85% of the size of the targeted population (42 workers). The study concluded with two important results: the first was to confirm the acceptably the existence of the six internal organizational elements of innovation. THE second shows the existence of a significant relationship between the application of innovation elements and the level of performance of employees within the three companies studied.

The project for the new town Draa Errich – Annaba – is based on a double aim: Local: decongest the urban areas of the wilaya, long faced with a massive influx of population due to their attractiveness, itself explained by a level of social equipment and significant employment. ► National: reduce pressure on the four major cities: Oran, Algiers, Constantine and Annaba and make them four major metropolises in the Mediterranean basin. ► This study addresses a number of risks that were identified based on the study referential and interviews with some of the executives whose mission is to achieve this urban project, where a questionnaire was designed to determine the probability of risks and their impact on each of the project objectives (cost, time, scope, quality) and calculate the criticality or severity of each risk, in order to develop the qualitative analysis matrix (probability / impact). This matrix makes it possible to highlight the most important risks among all those which will have been identified. In the case of this project, the risks identified (44) all having levels of severity above the tolerance threshold, which requires immediate measures to control them. In Consequently, the completion of the new town Draa Errich (Annaba) project depends on the implementation place of an effective risk management system. And this can only be through the adoption of “Risk Management” approach in carrying out major construction projects “Projects civil and urban engineering complexes”.

The foreign trade sector has experienced strong growth internationally in in fact it represents almost a quarter of the GDP of countries today, hence the problem that poses is that of its financing, especially if the operators cannot self-finance, hence the orientation towards external financing, that as a result Islamic financing appeared as a alternative for financing foreign trade especially since it has proven itself, hence the interest of experts in it which makes it as an option for operators in the field of foreign trade. In this context which came our study and which aims to know the compatibility of the formulas of Islamic financing with the specificities of foreign trade. And for this we did our practical study at the level of the Baraka Bank Algeria agency Constantine 406 which is located in Sidi Mabrouk, based on the analysis of documents provided by this and meetings with agency officials. This study demonstrated that in terms of formality the bank has succeeded in adapting the formulas of Islamic financing to the needs of foreign trade, but in substance there is a great difference with traditional financing due to the fact that the latter is only a simple intermediary in the operation against usurious remuneration, but in Islamic financing the bank becomes a major player in the operation by applying the principle of no profit without silk risk grain and loss especially with the MOUSAWAMA formula.

The objective of this study is to demonstrate the contribution of the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) to the environmental performance of Arcelor metal, which is characterized by pollution of the environment and intensive consumption of water resources. The study was carried out in accordance with the internal documents of the institution concerned with the role of environmental management system in reducing water consumption and reducing emissions of polluting gases. The researcher also relied on the personal interview with the official responsible for implementing and following the environmental management system ISO 14000, Study. Price stability is among the most important objectives of different countries across their global policy, particularly monetary policy. Thus, since the beginning of the 1990s, several countries have adopted the inflation targeting system, considered as a framework for analyzing inflation Monetary Policy. Through this study; we tried to know the influence of politics monetary on the control of inflation rates in Algeria and consequently the application of the inflation targeting policy. We can say that it is impossible to apply the inflation targeting policy in Algeria in the absence of initial conditions and essentially the independence of the central bank. We have also noted that Algerian monetary policy plays a more or less relative role in the control of inflation rates, because inflation in Algeria is not only monetary inflation, but also depends on structural reasons such as the impact of the parallel market and external factors such as as imported inflation and others, When a standard study was carried out on the basis of three variables, the M2 money supply, the required reserve rate and the inflation rate during the period 2000- 2015, it can be said that monetary policy has not been able to target inflation. Target the most important among them is the absence of a stable relationship between the tools of monetary policy and the inflation rate as well as the multiplicity of objectives.
