Companies find themselves faced with the problem of carrying out a harmony between the requirements of their social responsibility and the maintenance of their economic and competitive efficiency, by adopting the mechanisms and tools most effective administrative and organizational systems. In this context, this study aims to identify the role of the implementation of ISO standards as a tool for activate social responsibility in economic companies The case study was carried out at the national paint company level - unit of souk ahras, We relied on a set of indicators economic, environmental and social to determine to what extent the social responsibility is activated within the organization through the application of ISO international standards.
