Item اسرتاتيجية التنبؤ المبيعات في المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة المؤسسة الوطنية للدهن وحدة سوق أهراس(2018) عبد ملالك بوغان ; سعد بومعزة Sales forecasting strategy is the process by which the organization takes consideration to address the future and development in business areas, and also to maintain its position in the business environment, particularly if it uses quantitative methods and applies the appropriate model in the process forecast. This partnership will present Algerian companies in general and the small and medium-sized enterprise sector in particular faces strong competition from foreign companies particularly those in Europe and so that they can face this global competition which continues to increase, Algerian companies must therefore improve their managerial systems, promote and upgrade their human resources and optimize their economic environment. To do this a Rehabilitation and upgrading are necessary to improve their competitiveness on an international scale. In this context, the foreign partnership constitutes an important opportunity for the promotion and implementation level of Algerian SMEs given the numerous privileges that it provides more particularly in the sector of transfer of skills and experiences it also represents an appropriate solution to several problems in that it allows access to new technology and sources of financing and it is also a important factor in penetrating international markets. To answer the problem of our research, we rely on descriptive approaches and analytical. This study aims to identify the reality of innovation and analyze its impact on the performance of human resources in three telecommunications companies, namely: mobilis, djezzy and ooredoo. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach, using the questionnaire as a means of collecting data. 39 questionnaires out of 42 were analyzed, i.e. 92.85% of the size of the targeted population (42 workers). The study concluded with two important results: the first was to confirm the acceptably the existence of the six internal organizational elements of innovation. THE second shows the existence of a significant relationship between the application of innovation elements and the level of performance of employees within the three companies studied.Item تأثيرسياسة الإنفاق الحكومي على المؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية خلال الألفيةالثالثة (2018) نصيب بن نصر The beginning of the 3rd millennium coincided with the financial prosperity experienced by Algeria thanks to improving its oil revenues thanks to the improvement in oil prices on the scale international, which leads it to move towards public spending by applying a policy Keynesian expansionist within the framework of three programs which lasted between 2001 and 2014 which are: PCRE Economic Recovery Support Program (2001-2004), Program complementary growth support – PCSC (2005-2009) and Consolidation Program PCCE economic growth (2010-2014) this study aims to shed light on the repercussions of public spending on businesses public industrial projects in Algeria by following the path of spending policy in Algeria and the extent of this contribution to improving economic growth rates and more precisely industrial productivity rates And this study concluded that there is a minimal and weak impact of public spending on production industrial in Algeria due to the weakening of the flexibility of the local production machine and its inability has absorbed the demand generated by the increase in public spending, except that the growth is limited to the hydrocarbon sectors in 1st degree and also the construction sector and infrastructure and services sector, but this growth remains linked to what is happening in the hydrocarbon sector because it is impacted by each oil crisis.Item تأثيرمبادئ حوكمة الشركات على أخلاقيات العمل للمؤسسة الإقتصادية دراسةحالة سونلغاز(2018) سلمى زمال ; سلمى ذوايبية This study focuses on the presentation of the principles of corporate governance on the ethics of work in the economic institution based on secondary data from memories, books, magazines and previous studies on corporate governance, work ethics and preliminary data using observations to complete the study concluded that it there is a correlation between corporate governance principles and the application of ethics Business . The main suggestions of this study are that the application of ethical values and governance principles play an important role in achieving an environment of healthy work. the study focuses on the impact of corporate governance principles on the ethics of work to the Sonalgaz Foundation and the extent to which these principles contribute to its consolidation.Item دورالقيادة التحويلية في تنمية روح فريق العمل(2018) محمد سمار; أحمد بوغاني This study aims to highlight the role of transformational leadership of four dimensions: the influence and ideal guidance of the intellectual individual and notional and a source of motivation through the influence on the development of team spirit, and to achieve this objective, the field study was conducted in the national unit of the Ahras fat market, and relied on the form provided for in this effect, where it was distributed to a study sample, which included a sample of workers and 30 workers, and relied on the spss program in data analysis and offloading, testing hypotheses and access to results.
